help
i have a 2001 yamaha gas cart want start it just clicks when i hit the gas can any 1 tell me any thing i can try thanks grizzly

Check and clean your battery connections. This may end up being a bad solenoid but clean and check all your connections from the pedal switch to battery, solenoid, starter/generator, etc...

I put up with click, click, start for 6 months because the battery
showed 12.8 volts and the cart was charging. I thought I had to pull the starter and rebuild it. Came across my load tester today and checked the battery, It would fall off to 9 volts. Put the battery from the fishing boat in and all is well again. I really have to clean up my shop. |
