Default G9 rebuild/ uni-filter

My dad and I just purchased 3 old yamaha carts we beleive they are all G9s all and are all gas motors. We are hoping to get atleast 2 of them running so we can fix them up, we are new at this so I was just wanting to get some help, information and ideas about them. One of them was missing the carb and box filter system so I just orders a brand new carb from eBay for $90 and I've been looking around for an air filter system and someone told me about an uni-air filter system so searched around online but i cant seem to find any....does anyone know of anywhere online I can find one? or info about them?

UNI is a brand name of aftermarket filters. There are tons of them on ebay.

Make sure you use the prefilter under a cart body. When I put my clone in I used a car airbox and then put pvc pipe to the front up under the dash area. One ride down a trail and everything is brown under the seat. You may also have to richen the jetting on the carb with that filter, the stock one is restrictive and makes it richer.
