Default Help with G9 again.....

Guys my cart runs great when it is going but after you ride it a short time. You come to a stop at a stop sign you go to take off it wont go. You sit there for a few minutes and bairly touch gas then it goes again. When it is running it is great but when it stops have issues. I HAVE PUT ON A NEW CARB, NEW FUEL PUMP, NEW FUEL LINES, NEW FUEL FILTER, NEW AIR SHROUD, NEW PLUG, NEW AIR FILTER, . I AM RUNNING OUT OF THINGS TO REPLACE !!! Like I said once it is going great but hard to drive when you cant stop with out being stranded.
