Default axle g2

My g2 has a bar lower then the trans is Tuareg a way to lift or get more ground clearance? I already put a 7inch lift on it.

You could cut it off,and raise it up a bit.It needs to be there,or the axle-cases will crack from flexing(Trust me,I have a set to prove it!).What size tires are you running? The taller the tire, the more clearance. The only thing that changes axle-clearance is tire-height.Hope this helps.

Factor size tire. I was thinking about taking it from the top to the bottom like a Jeep. But don't know what all will change or if it wont work?

You need to keep the center to center distance the same for the clutches if you move the trans or engine.

I was going to make a guard for the diff and move that bar higher, but never did. It has very rarely been an issue. It will hang lower the higher you lift the rear....unless you lower the front of the swingarm then it does not. And that is a better way to do things if your lift is really high, then you can also move it back a little to center the tire. May have to mod the rear bumper is all.
