my gas cart went from spitting and sputtering trying to crank but wouldnt cleaned carb and now its flooding out until it gets going. i think the float level needs to be looked at but its plastic and not sure how you adjust it. any thing i can check or look at let me know. oh yea, on the top of carb is a jet that screws down in there could not get a wire to go all the way through it, but looks like if it was hollow all the way through it would be sucking air and dirt in on the opposite side there is a whole that was filled with dirt and i cleaned it out but dont know what its for

no adjustment on float, get a new needle valve. that other jet is an internal air meter, not supposed to let outside air in.
