King Pins
Hey guys, working the suspension now and found a little slack in the king pins. How tough a job is it to change them out? Will I need any special tools? Any watch out's?
Thanks, JW |

Re: King Pins
This is actually one of the easiest things to do on a Yamaha. No special tools. Biggest thing, which is nothing, is just removing the roll pins. Pack your new kings with grease before installing and add a little more to the bushing area then install the rubber caps. Everytime you change your oil, just remove the caps and check them to see if you need to pack a little grease in the bushing area. If you stay out of water, probably won't need any for years.
