Default Yamaha G9 Rebirth.

I originally was going to swap a diesel engine in this cart but plans changed.
Here is what I found when I tore the cart apart, I found a nice little weak spot in the cross member had me worried so as a precaution i cut it out I am in the process of replacing it with a 2" 11 gauge steel tubing I am also cutting out the piece of frame under the battery tray and welding in a new piece there as well due to rust,
Parts I ordered and will be here later today, jakes 6" a arm lift nice set of 14" wheels and 22" tires.
Also ordered a brand new top, Carbon fiber dash, a Engine mount and starter/gen mount from Geoff at VC all said in done I've spent a small fortune on this old cart hopefully when she's all done she'll be better than new.

The welds were done by a buddy lol I am going to go back and redo them there pretty ugly. but it's coming along great VC emailed today and said my parts were going to be shipping soon I'm almost back to a good rolling chassis with a lift and swing arm dropped in the front to level the motor out I got the idea from a guy thread on here.

It's finally a roller, Geoff and Vegas Carts was awesome! highly recommend them I ordered a comet 780 clutch from him They also are now making a G9 engine mount and starter gen bracket really looking forward to getting the package tomorrow, I am planning on painting the body after I get the motor in and running and take a couple test drives.

Looks good! You'll be happy with the Vegas package. The parts should fit together pretty easily and the performance is excellent. What's the plan for the body?

The body I am painting with Dupont Have not yet decided on Shade of color yet I am really leaning towards a Fire Engine Red, I still need to do some touch ups on the body I used bumper repair to fill in holes etc and after priming they were still showing! I was a little pissed to say the least anyways will be getting them fixed today and re prime the body and hopefully decide on a color. I am only going to install the needed parts to make it driveable so I can get the body painted.
