Default Do NOT buy from BUGGIES UNLIMITED!

Well I ordered a "power plus max torque" kit and a Limited Slip/Posi from Buggies Unlimited last September and it took me a while to get it installed... Long story short The Crappy Chinese made garbage that they sell does not hold up! The driven clutch took a crap only at 2 months and I have a stock cart. When I was removing the clutch to get it fixed, I started to install the posi-unit. It did not fit my 1998! Buggies Unlimited is refusing to return the product saying that it is my fault that I ordered the wrong part and that I should have returned it within 30 days. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I hope to God my Story gets out there so people will not be taken like I have. Do yourself a big favor and Call Plowman's Golf carts instead. Plowmans, unlike BU cares about their customer and is interested in repeat business. BU is only interested in selling Cheap parts and leaving the customer in the dark with no support and no customer service. If you look a little on the BU facebook page, you can find where people post bad press and they immediately delete it..

I have no experience with B U, but have been dealing with Don Plowman for my Yamaha Drive. I won't consider anyone else! Don is so knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. Patient, and I feel like he is in no hurry when I speak with him. Best customer service anywhere!

I am wishing I would have gone to this forum before ordering that made in China Crap. the customer service from Buggies Unlimited was nonexistant. Luckily I got ahold of Don @ Plowmans and he has gotten me fixed up!

Buggies Unlimited: I am sure if you call in and wait in the que someone will be happy to answer your call. I know if you leave a message that may take longer for CS to return the call. Mainly because your message will be at the end of any other messages left while handling other phone calls. If it says would you like to leave a message or continue to wait... choose the latter. It may be a bit frustrating, but you'll be happier in the long run when you are finally able to speak with a representative.

One time I was calling a government office and waited for 22 minutes to have someone pick up. No worries though. I just put it on speaker phone and did something else on my computer to pass the time.

I'm really sorry this has been such an unpleasant experience for you. I know you are frustrated, Sir. I actually do completely understand.

Charlie Spencer If you understood, you would offer a return on this product that I purchased after being TOLD by the ad that it would fit. I am not the only person that has had issues with getting ahold of customer service. Look at all of the deleted posts from other people having the same probllem . Comparing your business to a Government agency is simply a joke. It makes perfect sence that you would strive to run your business like a government-run one. I called and left a message, emails and nobody has returned my calls. Why will you not return this part that does not fit? Oh, you are probably afraid that you will not sell it because everyone is stating to wise up that your company is selling GARBAGE.

Obviously all you care about is profit and not taking care of the customer. Simply stating that your return policy yada yada yada. Show some good faith and make it right. That is all I ask

Buggies Unlimited Lol. We're not trying to hide all of your comments. Your last five are showing about how much you hate us and our "piss-poor" Customer Service. That is the issue here really. Customer Service issues should be handled through Customer Service to find a resolution. We understand you're upset and I am very sorry that it has gotten to this point.

After checking with CS I have been notified that this was a purchase from 5 months ago. Our current policy is 30 days for returns. However, we have made exceptions of up to 60 days for returns, depending on the circumstances surrounding the purchase. However, we do have to draw the line somewhere on returns and typically 30-60 days is the cut off for online retail. Even most brick-and-mortar stores, i.e. Wal-Mart or Target have a strict 90 day policy for returns. Most at that point will only allow for an exchange or store credit.

Buggies Unlimited I was also notified that the cart in question (customer is trying to install on) has a modified rear that does not allow for the part to work. We recommend to any and all of our customers that if you have a modified cart, to make sure the part will work prior to purchase. If the customer is not aware of the problem prior to purchase, then we'll do our best after-the-fact to help the customer out, if it is within the 30 day return policy. Again, allowing up to even 60 days in some cases. The main issue here seems to be that too much time has lapsed. I am very sorry, but our policy stands.

As soon as I post what horrible parts/service from Buggies Unlimited my posts are deleted. Obviously they have a full time person to block any potential bad press (which I'm sure there is a TON) off Facebook hiding their poor businesss practices for the world to see. Very sad that a company appears reputable but doesn't care about the client.

Do NOT Buy anything from this company. All poorly constructed. Try to get ahold of customer service. I bought a limited slip that will not fit my cart, and they refuse to return it. I also am trying to get my secondary clutch warrantied as it came apart after just 2 months. Do not buy any of this Chinese JUNK! Buggies Unlimited ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY.. they do not care about repeat business...

Do NOT buy any parts from this Company!! They are all made in China with the poorest materials available and the Company will NOT stand by their products. I ordered a limited slip differential and it didn't even fit my cart.. even though the ad said it would.. Now I am out $200 and the company refuses to return. Also put a "performance kit" on.. the driven clutch was so poorly constructed that it came apart in less than two months on a stock cart.. DO NOT buy this JUNK!!

I don't care if its been 9 months if its not right its not right. And Wally world will make a return long after 90 days on most merchandise. Telling the BBB won't do squat. And if it were a 30 dollar electrical part I can see them standing tuff, but this is a mechanical 200 dollar part . rebox it and send it back to china for full credit. This sure ain't the country I've been fightin for alll my life .
