The simplest drop-in kit that I know of is here>>http://www.cartpartsplus.com/18-hp-v...t-for-g-2-9-14

And you will not be disappointed!!

Talking to Don at Plowmans about a hopped-up stock engine is a good option as well. >>http://www.plowmanscarts.com/

Do you still have the original motor? If so, you can send it to Everything Carts. They have a rebuild program. You'd need to call them to see what it costs though.

I installed a 20hp Vanguard in my G14 using 1/8" flat steel plate and 4 heavy duty muffler clamps. No cutting or welding involved with the exception of the plate itself.

Thanks Guys i will let you know what I decide. And yes I have the original motor. Only thing I have done to cart is put a jake lift kit on it and it just seems that engine is worn out hardly will go up hills or anything.

Could just need the valves adjusted, a tune up, and some clutch work? If you check compression, keep in mind the valves need to be adjusted first. That's a pretty easy job, just remove the belt, remove the valve cover, get your feeler gauge and some wrenches. Done. Then check compression. If it's below 120 lbs, you are on your way out.
