Engine keeps running after I stop

When my G9A gets warm the engine will keep running and sometimes starts to run backwards after I stop, I have changed the spark plug and today I took the intake off the carb and misted some seafoam in it, it does have alot more power but it still wants to keep running every now and than after I stop, any suggestions on what to do next? The carb does need a seal or two as there is fresh gas on the outside of the carb.

I would start with the new seals & make sure the throttle cable is closing the carb 100%

Remove the pedal access cover (on floorboard) after the cart is warmed up and the problem will be repeatable. Find the two wires (brown & red) that go to the gas pedal switch (will be tucked up on passenger side of access hole). While problem is occuring, unplug one to see if problem stops.
