Default air shocks to lower a G1???

I want to lay frame on my cart when I park it and I wondered if I could do that with an air shock?

I know its ridiculous, but that's my thing. I thought air would be the way to go so I could drive it around normally and then dump it when it's parked.

Anyone have any experience with lowering one of these old girls.
