Samsula-3/21/09
We had a great turnout tonight at the Samsula Dirt Drags, lots of carts that have not been there was there, we had alot of winners, Big EZ, EZ Money, Hmann just to name some. I got beat by the same Banchee and a 4 wheeler with a Honda CBR 600RR engine, so I took 3rd in the " Run What You Brung" but I have a little more to add to that, after the announcement of the winners I invited the 1st and 2nd place to a grudge match, BEAT THEM BOTH!, I don't know why I couldn't do it when it counted. The track was great, it hooked better than last time for sure. I changed my rear coilover springs before the race and my first run was a 4.002, at the last event my best was a 4.31, and my best for tonight was a 3.81. The next race is next Saturday at Rennigers Dirt Drag. I'm looking forward to the videos that Allison is posting.

We All Had A Great Time. Rifter, We Always Love The Show You Put On. So Glad To See You Put That Razor In Its Place. He Was Talkin Smack On Highlifter About Spankin The Golf Carts. You Quiteted Him Down Some. I Can Sure Say I Have Been "consistent". Second Place The Last Two Times In The Consistency, And Second In The 6.0 Breakbout. Frankie Took The Big Bucks This Time. My Best Time Was 5.8 And That Bracket Racing Sure Makes It Any Mans Game. Glad You Stuck Around For Those Grudge Matches. Mgm Sure Surprised Us All, Sneaky Pete!!!

Re: Samsula-3/21/09
Man, what a great saturday. We did a show and shine at Mid Florida Golf Carts, thanks Ray and the crew for allowing us to have a show and shine at your business, hope we can do this again. Off to the races at Samsula !!!!!!!! Thanks to Alison and Jamie for a great job of organizing the event, having the track prepped and running everything so smoothly. Side note, TRACK WAS AWESOME. Everyone seems to be getting their carts going faster, with new carborators, bigger jets, smaller tires, new motors, clutch work, and just plain getting all figured out. I would like to say we are having a lot of fun racing our golf carts and making new friends. Thanks to Rifter for putting on a great show, and of course to everyone else who shows up to make the event a great success. Looking forward to going to Rennigers next Saturday.
My run times were consistant 5.3 and 5.2. Also would like to mention that it was super to see the "kids" race, Looks like they had as great a time as the adults, Jasmine wanted her money. Again, congratulations to all who showed. Hmann |
