Rebuilt Vanguard 16 Vtwin FOR SALE

Ok well after 8 weeks of taking care of my wife after surgury, I finally got to building this engine and it is nice i did a 30 minute break in on it and it will be ready for sale in the next few days , I have to dial in some things and then double check the valve lash and general buttoning up as i don't just sell an engine without knowing it first. If i wouldn't run it my cart i will not sell it's just my way, ask most people i have dealt with here they will attest to it.

specs: stock 305447 briggs v twin , offset timing key, governer removed, double valve springs with billet retainers and aluminum pushrods, this is not the cpp kit as i do not like the idea of shims on old springs ( just to clairify i love everything that Tom has and he's a great person to deal with) its just a personal prefference when building and the few extra bucks that it cost give's me piece of mind that the valves are not going to grenade any engine i build.

i have a number in mind for the price but i will not know for sure until i get it completed.

This was a 30 hour outdoor generator set engine , i did hone the cylinders and cleaned up the heads a bit and swapped the crankshaft to a 1" also loctited the con rod bolts a common failure point for them backing out and destroying the engine.

im sure theirs other things i forgot but here it is for your consideration.

I know i was asking 650 but i've got to many vtwin's sitting here and no place to put them all i have to make some space to actually work on carts

here is harry's purrbox replacement module , as you can see he's not thrilled about about the idea of the transplant. So he is happy to see it go.
