50% off 12v BatteryMINDERs!
Hope this is ok to post here?
Wanted to pass along a great deal, I've been using three of these in series on my 36v pack for a little while (since thanksgiving 2014) and they work very well. Also using three more on my dads 36v cart for about 4 weeks now and he is seeing ever-improving results on his cheap powertrons. They are 12v maintainers/desulfaters and they work on a 12v battery or across two 6v batteries in series. Keeps them topped off but what they are excellent at is breaking up that sulfate that eventually kills batteries. I prefer multiple small maintainers over one big maintainer because they can give each battery exactly what it needs. Ideally I would love to own six of the 6v chargers, but it would cost a fortune @ $70 ea. and these are 50% off right now! Plus you can't really ever have too many 12v maintainers around! 😊 They are approved for lead deep cycle batteries and they are safe to plug in along with your big charger so when it kicks off these come on automatically keeping it topped off & desulfating while you are away. Has overcharge protection as we'll as a bunch of other safety features. I have four 12volt battery minders + one 48 volt for cart.
Three of the exact ones you have favorite model Besides 48 for golf cart. and one their new more electronic 12volt versions. it is light weight and I Don't think it works as well. The one's you have feel very heavy duty |

Does the DPI have a desulfation mode? I couldn't find any info on their website about it. That is the main benefit of using the BatteryMINDER. Also by using several smaller chargers you are tailoring to each battery (or in my case pairs) instead of the charger seeing the whole pack as a single battery. |

You can't use the 12v chargers with your setup. You need six of their 8V models. (12106A-8V) And I would be very very jealous — I mean Happy for you! LOL |

Re: 50% off 12v BatteryMINDERs!
Six 8v BatteryMinders would get expensive ($69 x 6 = $414) and a pain to connect, disconnect all the time.
Why not use a 48v desulfator? It's a bit cheaper ($313) but far easier to connect and cleaner. http://www.batteryminders.com/batter...er-desulfator/ |
