36 volt Curtis Controller for sale
Just finished my build and I'm ready to get rid of a few left over parts. I have the 275 amp curtis controller that was on my Club car DS. Asking 100 dolllars and buyer pays shipping.

Seems like a fair deal, these are the stock first gen controllers off the 36V Club Car DS which (I believe) ended in '94. These things are a cinch to hook up. For someone wanting to switch their stock resistor golf cart to a efficient solid state controller, this would be a good option. Just convert your VGlide or buy a pot box for correct throttle signal and you are good to go.
LITTLE SECRET: These can be opened up and very inexpensively modified to handle 500A. Back in the day Curtis used the same board for almost all their controllers.  |

They knew how easy it would be to upgrade and sealed the crap out of them. My Dad has this cart also (only reason I found out about it). If I ever get the green light for this little mod I'll post the conversion in a thread. |
