Clearing Off The Shelves
Hey guys we are cleaning up the shop from past projects and thought I would give our BGW family first crack at what we have.
All prices are in US funds and we have priced them aggressively to sell. We are happy to ship anywhere, of course that is above and beyond the price. Ok enough with the chitter chatter, here's what we have: - Brand new Club Car severe duty clutch kit, we ordered this in for a customer who ended up not taking it, since we don't do gas carts it has been sitting on the shelf. Please see picture for application. $70.00usd - Alltrax DCX500R19 500amp controller laptop programmable: This controller was put into one of our Club Car Precedent IQ showroom carts and literally has 15 miles of use on it. It is like new and was only removed as our customer opted for our performance package. $475usd - Alltrax DCX300R19 300amp controller laptop programmable: This controller has two years of use on our Club Car Precedent demo cart it is in perfect working order. It was removed because we tore down the demo cart to start on another project: $200 - AMD 7177 High torque efficient motor: This motor was paired with the Alltrax DCX500 controller in our showroom cart and also has only 15 miles of use, again it is like new. $500 Last but not least is a 48 volt generator that we were designing as a hybrid package for the Club Car Precedent. This gets mounted into the cart and ties into your battery system, when you are running low on charge you turn the gas motor on and it begins charging your battery pack. It also ties into your pedal so when you are giving it more throttle the generator speeds up and charges more. It's a cool motor, but since we are not doing anything with gas carts this has to go. $1200.00 All of the above parts were used on or designed for the Club Car Precedent, they may be able to be used on other carts but that would be up to you to determine. Please don't hesitate with any questions. |

Re: Clearing Off The Shelves
Can you tell me more about your prototype 48 volt generator? I was planing on building one in the next few months, but if yours is close to what I want I may take it.

Re: Clearing Off The Shelves
Hello, I can't remember the amp output, I may be able to dig that up in our testing documents at the office tomorrow.
I know during testing they claimed it could ad 50kms to the range. Another cool feature I just remembered is that it has a 3 position switch. Pos 1 the generator is off Pos 2 the generator is in auto mode so it senses voltage and turns on when it needs it. Pos 3 is on mode so it runs all the time. |
