97 DS to 2011 LSV $3985.00

1997 Club Car DS transformed to a titled and plated 2011 Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), lots of research and part upgrades. Has State of Virginia DMV VIN plate, was titled and plated in VA changed to Mississippi title and plates while I was stationed there, currently displays MS plates.

This is a 48 volt LSV with Plum Quick 36 volt Bandit motor (30+ mph) other upgrades as listed:

1000 amp Curtis controller
400-1000 amp solenoid
Heavy Duty Forward / Reverse switch (required for higher amp controller and solenoid)
Front hydraulic disk brakes (Jakes spindles and disc brake set)
Club Car factory aluminum mag rims (hard to locate)
Upgraded rear gears 6:1 ratio (factory is 12:1)
Pioneer stereo w/Himbox Bluetooth (four speaker custom mounted behind seat)
Carbon dash panel (switches for Speedo / speedo lights / head light and ignition)
Speed Hut GPS lighted speedometer (0-40mph)
Additional 12 volt battery (powers stereo and speedometer)
Trickle charger for 12 volt battery
Body color / paint by Rays Auto body (Norfolk) painted on both sides of body
Sport windshield w/ manual wiper (required for street legal)
R/L rear view mirrors (from Harley Sportster)
Turn / flasher signals
Rear LED lights / head lights
Digital voltage monitor
Lighted license plate frame
Heavy "rated" rear springs
2" receiver (for golf bag attachment)
New Club Car decals (replaces when painted)
DOT speed rated radial tires (222R/50-10 DOT radial rear / 8x9x10 DOT radial front)
Upholstery done by Youngs Upholstery (Norfolk) w/ under-seat tray
48 volt charger

This has been a project of fun and experiments to get the right mix parts to create an enjoyable and reliable vehicle, due lack of time to enjoy (2yr old twins) and work, it sits in the garage. Firm on price, no assistance required to sell, will consider trade or barter. Text only between 0900 and 1800, will deliver to paying customer within 100 miles.

VA also gave a full size plate... The smaller plate from MS is about right for the size ratio.
