Anyone bought from WheelzLlc?

I purchased a dash kit from WheelzLlc on Sunday (March 27) and it has not shipped yet (Thursday night now). 3 Emails to them and 2 phone calls (voicemail) with no response. I did a quick search and found some mentions of them a few years ago but that's it. Anyone had similar experiences with them?

I bought a dash kit from them few years and I didn't have any issues but doesn't help you I'm sure. Maybe they will come through for you, did you at least pay with PayPal??

Nope - paid with credit card, but assume I can call the credit card company and ask that they reverse the charge if it comes to that.

I ended up filing a dispute via American Express.

After 5 days, 4 emails, a couple of phonecalls (I left voicemails) and posting on their facebook page, I sent them an email requesting cancellation. I finally received an email from them saying they'd sent me 2 emails and I must not have received them, but they said they'd cancel the order, so I ordered from another vendor. 4 days later and the website still says Unfullfilled and no credit issued to my card. I've called at least 6 times over the past 9 days and it always goes to voicemail as they're "assisting other customers".

Am hoping Amex can sort it out.

Would not recommend ordering from them.
