I have a 97 DS and looking for a used front brush guard. I plan on painting it so color or surface rust doesn't matter

Are these painted or powder coated?
How thick is the metal? Are the ends of the metal welded shut? What shipper did you price, fed ex? I'd take the slowest cheapest shipping for this |

I have a LED light bar mounted on the flat part where the CLUB CAR emblem is. Will the brush guard block the light bar?
