Well clutch is no longer needed! Went ahead and notched the frame to fit the clutch I already have. As you can see quite a bit has to come off!! Please no one yell at me there's still more reinforcing to do.

i still dont remember having to do that, i must be thinking of a differnt cart. good news is you have plenty of room on the other side of that bar to add strenth

Yes, it was a little intimidating at first. I've it figured out now though. It'll be over engineered when I'm done to the point were I won't have to worry about it breaking.
