SW181 200 amp 36 volt heavy duty solenoids $25 each, no limit.
These solenoids have an extra switch which will not be used otherwise they are the same as SW180 sold everywhere for 2 & 3 times this price.

Can you and is it practical to adjust the control voltage from the cart and use these on a 48 volt cart?

Yes you can, see attached.
The coil should only see 36v +/- 20%
The main contacts can see (handle) 48v no problem especially since 48v usually carries less amperage than 36v

Do you know if these will bolt up/fit to an RXV without major modification?

RXV uses 36 volts on activation circuit, so I should be fine there and if I understand your previous post (and Ohms law) this would be even more heavy duty on a 48 volt cart.

Looking to use with 600 amp controllers.
