Looking for 88 ParCar G4S parts
Im looking for some parts for a ParCar I am fixing up. I am looking for brake shoes, front leaf spring, and an ignition switch.

You're just in Monroe! What's the VIN of the unit you are looking at?
(I don't have all parts listed on the site, just because it's new and haven't had the time, but there is a contact form there too if you ever need someone to look it up.) |

Well, I was able to identify the part number. 43929-86. There were two versions of the front spring on those, depending on the vin. Yours falls into the earlier category with the above part number. That part number was deleted in 2004 with none available and the engineering drawing is also long gone.
The second version, for vins after yours, is 43929-88. That one has also recently been deleted due to age and lack of sales. I was able to get the engineering drawing for this second one though, and in theory you could have a spring manufacturer custom make a spring for you. What I don't know personally though is if the two are similar enough to swap them. One of the gas experts out here may have to answer that. But I have attached that drawing to this post for anyone to look into. |
