Default WTB your G1 Oil Injection

I have an '82 G1 without the oil injection. If you removed yours because you prefer to pre-mix and still have the parts in the garage (tank, strap, hoses, pump, etc) let me know.

Put a little jingle in your pocket, and clear some space in your garage.

Thanks

Thanks.

I likely could just do some regular fuel/oil hose as needed.

Sorry to say I can’t tell if it’s correct or not from the picture - is there a part number on it?

that does look to be the correct oil tank.

I found an oil tank and the gear that runs the pump so far. I need to dig some things out for the other stuff. I think I tossed my 84 oil injection pump but kept the gear for some unknown reason?? either way I have 2 82 engines I can pull a pump assembly off of.

I really have no use for the stuff so you pay for shipping you can have it if I can find it.

Mike that is awesome! Thank you!

Message me your PayPal and how much! This ‘82 doesn’t like idling on pre-mix. 70:1 seems like too much oil.

carts aren't really designed to idle I don't think they have an actual idle circuit.
I run mine at 50:1 with synthetic VP oil and rec fuel with the oil injector deleted.

when you slightly step on the pedal it activates the starter generator then at off idle it takes off. At every stop it shuts off. I swear im not being smart it was so weird for me that it "died" when you let off the throttle I kinda went circles for a bit.

This being said I have not tested this oil injection pump and not really sure how to. I think there are a few people that have rigged up ways to test them.

I premix so I don't have to worry about oil injector failure. It happens. they use so little oil its hard to tell if the are working. It was supposedly designed that if it failed it would over inject causing smoking but they can fail lean and destroy an engine.

Had not realized you were so close. Cool
