I figured it out! It's a flux capacitor for one of them newer time travel machines

Hell of solenoid, anyone wanting to make wheelies this is the right one, it's a 48v solenoid, sealed. Spaceships technology, best of the best, retails for none less than 130 +s&h.
Got one similar in my wheelies cart with a DCX 600 controller and 14hp on 48v.
