I'm looking for top (any color or condition) with mounting struts for a '97 EZGO TXT.

Thanks for the tip. I emailed a local shop and he referred me to another. I will call them today. What would you say is a good deal for a top, struts and mounting hardware?

$150...That's about my budget for a top. I've only had my buggie for 2 days. I've started to sand the body and will try to salvage it rather than fork out $500 for a new front and back painted cowl. It's hard to buy something that is 50% of the value of the entire cart. I've read to use bumper paint when repainting the canopy, but haven't found it in tan. My intentions are to go metallic red on tan.

Painting a top? No matter what you do, it will eventually start to peel / chip off...

i painted my top with flat black krylon, and so far the only peeling is from where the roof rubs a little bit when pulling it into the garage...
