Another 1999 Club Car gasser
Same as the other. Just a in a hair better condition.
Brand new hubcaps. I'm not 100% sure on the age of the tires, but they have literally no wear. And yes, there is paper on the floor and pedals. I dislike dirt on freshly reconditioned carts. This cart also has the new style seat bottom. |

Re: Another 1999 Club Car gasser
Thanks Tim.
Sadly, it doesn't always look that way. Most of the things rarely get touched. Since Club Car uses a lot of the same sized bolts and nuts, the only wrenches I really ever need are 1/2", 9/16", 3/4" 10mm, 12mm, and 14mm. With a wrench and ratchet of those sizes, a philips screwdriver, and a straight screwdriver, you could probably completely disassemble a Club Car. None of the pieced-together deals found elsewhere where every bolt is a different size and some are made-up sizes. Nothing more frustrating than working on a cart that has been "Chryslered." |

You should have seen my garage after working on my cart. Since I had to do body work as well as an engine rebuild, I think I had every tool I owned on the floor or work bench. My garage still hasn't recovered yet.

NONO-- it is a struggle to keep the shop clean.
I used to be a Waffle House cook for almost 5 years, I almost had learned how to work with a clean area. I figure the same time frame to tame my mess with the shop :-) ... Now all you need in the shop is a lift :-) |

Re: Another 1999 Club Car gasser
Tim, an 8.5' ceiling isn't exactly ideal for a lift.
Spriddle, thanks! |

Re: Another 1999 Club Car gasser
The jack works just fine for me. I'm fairly limber, flexible, and agile, so I'm not opposed to getting on the floor if I have to.
When I work at them on the campground, I have to roll around in the dirt and gravel all day, so the concrete floor at home is a blessing. |
