new tires FS

Just lookin' around my "local" (about 20 miles) 2nd hand store and noticed he had 2 new Carlisle AT 489 tires for sale. They still have the factory stickers on them! Problem: one is 22x11x10 and the other is 25x11x20. If they were the same size I would pick them up and buy another pair to go with them. But I don't want to have to buy 3 more new tires and wheels at the price others are asking. This guy is pretty firm at $50/ea (plus shipping, of course.
If anyone is interested I would buy them and ship them for whatever it costs from zip 98844 - either one or both.
Or isn't this a good enough deal to bother with? As new as I am I am unsure. And I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes (sponsors?) by mentioning this.
