Did you check on maybe returning them from where you got them? Maybe they will give you a partial trade-in on something else. Just a thought, I know I bought our 8 volt batteries barely used at about half cost of new ones. Did you decide to go to 48 volts?

What model and amp hour rating are the Energizers that you have? What is code stamped on posts and are they all the same? May have some one near Houston that goes your way on I-10 often and needs new batterys for a 36 volt EZGO.
