Mike's Motor Toys
I had the opportunity to visit with Mike from Mike's Motor Toys this afternoon at his shop in Rockwall TX. All I can say is WOW! I am thoroughly impressed. You can eat of his shop floor....his shop is as clean as his showroom. He even has a paint facility on site that he uses to paint custom bodies.....all of them looked custom to me. He let me drive one of his big-block carts. HOLY CRAP! That thing will pull the wheels easily if your not careful. It wasn't just a big block cart, it had full custom leather seats front and rear, one of his custom cages (that he builds on site). The rear sear faced forwards which was the first time I have seen something like that. I believe he said the rear seat was for the kiddos. That was the first big-block cart I have ever driven so I was a little nervous. (at first ) He has shelves full of parts, lifts, bodies, tops, clutches, springs....just about everything you would need. (limo tops too)
I didn't think to bring a camera but in a week or so I plan on making a trip back so I'll be sure and get pictures of everything for you guys. Feel free to check out his site or if you need parts give him a call, he is a great guy and has everything you need. (or want) Mikes Motor Toys 972-772-8697 . |

Hey EVERYONE. TarGrafix (site sponsor) ROCKS. I had him rework some graphics for me today and let me say I have never been as impressed with anyone. We can't release the new swag yet, but hold onto your shorts - It's KEWL...

Re: Mike's Motor Toys
Man I hope it's not the end to Roady's electrics! He is an outstanding builder with so much understanding of electric cars and upgrades, his posts would be "SHURELY" missed! Better Roady is just learning and building and sharing new found info on yet another car. Later Dave
