Re: Wtb: Black txt top
What you want doesn't exist. If you want a black one your going to have to paint it.

Re: Wtb: Black txt top
I don't mean to disagree roady, I feel like Luke Skywalker telling Obe One Kenobi he is wrong, but if bilfo is after a black ezgo OEM top they do exist. They are sold by ezgoparts on ebay (they are the beast 48 people). I purchased a black top off them and it was pretty cool , I was very happy with it.
It was like this ebay listing http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Ezgo-golf-car...item414df1da96 |

Re: Wtb: Black txt top
Thats aftermarket. It may fit an OEM ezgo but its a Factory OEM "Beast" part which isn't an EZGO product. Either way, it will fit an EZGO. After I posted I thought I had seen one before but I see so many and most are painted.
The auction listing is misleading. I bet you couldn't get them to give you the EZGO part number to save their life. |

How bout some pics of that top? Yea..."Original Equipment Manufacturer" for a beast cart, which is an ezgo clone. I'd imagine from china. Hey, if it is a REAL OEM EZGO I'd like to know. If it is its a recent addition to ezgo parts. |

Re: Wtb: Black txt top
Here are some pics, the last pic is a close up shot, it looks exactly my factory white one, I think they are like $130 plus shipping. All the holes were in the right spots and it bolted straight on. If it is a copy it is a pretty good one.

Re: Wtb: Black txt top
My top was tan,, but I wanted it black. Between the cost of a purchased top and shipping, it was going to cost me about $170.00, so I painted mine.
The auto parts stores sell a spray paint for vinal and fabric, made by Duplicolor, for about $7.00 a can. This stuff works great! I bought 2 cans of spray, and a bottle of rubbing alcohol. Washed the top real good, dryed it off, took the bottle of alcohol and soaked a rag with it and rubbed the whole top down with the alcohol. Let it dry and then painted it. I drive down a lot of dirt roads with over hanging limbs a bushes, and as of yet any, of them have scrtched the paint off. The stuff it pretty tough. The best part, if it does get scratched or damaged, you just get out the can of spray and touch it up. Detailed Description Dress up or add life to your interior vinyl and fabric with Dupli-Color High Performance Vinyl and Fabric Coating. It's perfect for vinyl seats, dashes, door panels, shifter boots and consoles. Formulated with a maximum adhesion promoter so there's no need for primer. it's fast drying and won't crack, peel or chip. Available in a variety of OEM or hot tuner colors |

Re: Wtb: Black txt top
Copy or oem I dont care.. I just want it made from black plastic so the scratches wouldnt be tan.. BUT I am giving the paint thing more thought... The cost of that top, I am about 30% of the way to new tires & rims....
