It would not cover the rear seat. You would have to modify it. You would have to add to the top frame and also add more clear plastic if you won't it to cover a rear seat. This cover was used on a golf course and the plastic went behind the golf clubs. Just like the this picture

How bad do you want it gone? I could make you a offer but I dont want to offend you. Its not even made for my cart but I would give it a shot maybe but the price would have to be low since id be taking a gamble on getting it to work.
