Easy install instructions included.... way cheaper than a full switch ..
A partial shot of the easy to follow instructions

1. TXT model Remove the large nut which holds the shift linkage to the Pivot Rod.
Remove the Nut on the rear side of the Center Pivot Rod. Move the rod aside.
2. Make a note of the position of the silver strap on the cam and the micro switch roller indents to assure proper cam position when re-installing. Take note that the center silver Strap is bent 90 degrees on the bottom of the cam to create a movement limit stop. Hold the F&R assembly in one hand and grasp the Cam with the other hand. A small amount of wiggle and pulling will remove the cam assembly and Pivot Rod.
3. IMPORTANT WARNING! Inspect the 4 copper lugs on the F&R assembly base. They can be resurfaced or replaced if there is any signs of pitting or rough surface. They must be smooth, flat, and clean. If needed, these copper lugs & additional instructions about extending the cam stops are available by simply emailing cartsunlimited@hughes.net A small amount of dielectric grease applied to the lugs and pivot rod will smooth operation and inhibit corrosion.
4. Slide the old cam assembly off of the Pivot Rod . Slide the new HD Cam Assembly onto the Pivot Rod. Rotate the Pivot Rod while pressing it against the Cam. Be sure the Square shoulder on the rod seats into the square hole in the silver strap on the Switch Cam. The cam and rod should now turn as one.
5. Re-install the Pivot Rod and HD Cam Assembly into the F&R. Care must be taken to depress the Micro switch rollers as needed to facilitate proper seating of the Cam unit. When properly seated the micro switch rollers will ride along the edge of the Cam assembly and the shiny metal stop tab will be facing away from the micro switches.

Thank you for your support. This offer has ended.
New Model Switch Cams are available at slightly higher cost of $54.
The newly designed Ultra Cool Switch Cam offers the same high amperage capacity. Built with the same ultra conductive high heat copper alloys the new design dissipates heat faster than the old model resulting in even cooler operating temperatures.
Some members have inquired about rebuilding old switches versus a complete new HD switch sold by others. I now carry the OEM copper studs/lugs for the F&R cable connections and Switch Cam contacts. When these 4 studs are replaced the unit functions as new. The studs and the cam are $74. That is $100 savings versus the HD unit which has lesser capacity and higher operating temperatures.
The same $5 S&H applies anywhere in the USA 50 states.
Contact cartsunlimited@hughes.net for more information.

I ordered mine yesterday . Due to the age of my cart ('95 fleet) I opted for the complete new switch with the U/C switch cam upgrades. With that and the 2ga wires i think my hot wire issue will be no more. Thanks Scotty ! Mike
