WANTED: Cart that will be big block conversion
I am so new to this stuff. I need a cart for the farm, but want something fun. I am mechanically inclined, and have a small fab shop to fab small things. I am in Nashville. What do you have? Thanks

Re: WANTED: Cart that will be big block conversion
Welcome to the forum. Your in my area. Mphillip, mulecart76, and myself all live/work in Lebanon. I'm sure we can come up with something here. Not sure if this is something you would be interested in but one of mphillip's friends has an older Yamaha G1 (2 stroke gas/oil injected) for sale. It is lifted and painted with an aluminum bed but still has factory tires. I think he is asking around $800 or maybe less. I'll see if he can get some pics if you are interested.

He is going to try to take some pics of it and put it out on localsales network tomorrow....
Sorry I thought I had one where I had painted it but I must have lost it when I had to get my computer reinstalled. |

Re: WANTED: Cart that will be big block conversion
Let me know if I'm totally wrong but, shouldn't he be looking for a 4 stroke cart? For the farm I would suggest an Ezgo workhorse or a Club Car Carryall....

Not if you have your own fab shop. Anything is possible then.

Re: WANTED: Cart that will be big block conversion
Gee , thanks guys..... I would love to meet up with you guys and buy this Cart.... My wife and I need something to get the mail first, and the bed is great... mulch, etc. A few of us put a small block 305 Chevy motor and trans in an old airport cart that had a 3 seat deal. It was a great fit. The trans yoke bolted right to the Chevy 10 bolt yoke. It was super fast and a show stopper..... thanks guys.
