controller
I'm selling the controller I just took off my running cart. I believe it's a Curtis controller. It came with the speed/torque kit I purchased from Buggies Unlimited. No manufacturer name on it (go figure with BU) It's a 480 amp unit, made for a SERIES wound motor, ITS throttle. Serial number on it is E8AIZ1937. Works with either 36 or 48volt. Never any problems with it, just upgraded to a programmable Alltrax. $250 shipped.

Re: controller
I had to join BU's forum to ask a question about the manufacturer of this controller looking at the amounts of they're posts it should only take 8 or 9 yrs to get a response. Since I bought that kit from them, they have changed to Alltrax controllers. I'm almost positive this is a Curtis controller though.

Re: controller
Sorry boke, its not a Curtis. If it were it would be 3 times as high. I believe it to be an OEM logisystems built for BU. Especially since its a 480 amp. http://www.logisystemscontrollers.co...80-Amp-48-Volt
I heard rumors once about logisystems and the BU deal....kinda crappy deal really. |

Re: controller
thanks for the link roady, this controller looks exactly like that one , minus of course the logisysystems engraved in the casing. It just has the BU sticker on it. Lists there for $310 minus shipping. I'll take $200 shipped.
