unfinished ClubCar project
I have a 91 or 90 club car hunting buggy project that I had started. It is a gas model. I was going to put a Yamaha warrior engine in it that was laying around. I had the engine in and running but could not get my "Machinist" to ever make me the parts I needed to complete that I had drawn up on a CAD program. After 10+ months I gave up on waiting on my "Machinist" (who is a family member) decided to go electric and sold the engine and related parts. Soon after ran across a cheap ezgo and bought it. Now I don't have room for both and since I got the ezgo running I really don't need the CC. It's for sale. Too bad the parts wont interchange.
It is a rolling chassis NO engine or motor. Has a good K type rear with fresh oil and good brakes. it is in backward because of the engine swap but can be put back just have to swap the brakes from their current sides and turn around the rear. The FNR gear box is gone also, it's basically an electric cart rear now. has the canopy I had Installed a new 8" A-arm lift I have a set of 4 new 25x10x12 Interco Swamp Lites on new 12" ITP Delta wheels with new lug nuts. I took them off to keep them out of he sun. there is a set of new fender flairs front and rear for it also I need to sell it all together and the buyer will have to pick it up I'm in north GA about an hour above ATL. If interested bear with me I am new here and still learning how this works. I will try to answer all questions as best I can and if more or better pics are desired I can go take some, the ones I have included are what I have at the time. I need to get $1000.00 out of it or might conceder some sort of trade like good utility trailer, ezgo dcs torque motor, lift ect..? |

Nice project, but I have to ask..... did you pull the rear axle? I could be wrong, but it appears to be in there backwards......

Yep, it is in backward. Had to to get the chain to line up. It can be easily corrected. Here is a pic BEFORE I pulled the engine and sold it to buy a controller for my ezgo.

Re: unfinished ClubCar project
Why don't you just part it out?
Break it down to individual prices? Tires$ ETC.. |

Do you still have the original transmission out of it? And - is it any good? I just might be interested if you have decided to part it out.

Re: unfinished ClubCar project
I might be interested in the tires and wheels and the fender flares. Shoot me a price for both.
