Custom 48V EZ-Go in Western KY
2002 EZ-Go
Recently restored, only the suspension, steering, and frame are original Cart was completely stripped and cleaned It started out as a 36V electric, but is now 48V Runs 26 mph on flat ground with one person according to GPS, limited to 32mph downhill Has enough torque to pull a 6X12 utility trailer with a 500# load Drivetrain: 6 new Crown 8V batteries (6 months old) 500A Alltrax controller set to 80% output (stock was 275A) Stock 36V motor Completely rewired with 1/0 and 4ga. wire DPI custom 48V charger 48V state-of-charge meter Body: Custom brandywine and black 2-tone paint with silver pinstripe All Sports stainless short windshield with tinted lexan Stainless front shock cover Stainless access panel between seat and bagwells Stainless rocker panel covers Stainless front nameplate Stainless seat posts Stainless rear bumper Stainless steering column cover Stainless charge receptacle cover GT billet steering wheel 2-tone black/grey seat covers Turned titanium dash cover with doors Turned titanium seat frame EZ-Go OEM headlight and taillights 2" receiver hitch 12X7 polished wheels 205/30/12 Innova tires Electronics: Clarion CZ100 cd/mp3/am/fm head unit Wet Sounds marine 6.5" speakers Hand-built fiberglass kick panels for speakers Red LED's set in lexan under speakers Stinger dry-cell battery that powers radio, headlights, and LED's Stinger SBC6A on-board charger for accessory battery Stinger Chrome battery terminals This is a great turnkey cart that's very fast, very torquey, and very dependable.
