FS: Golf cart suspension upgrade - Yamaha Warrior IFS & wheels.

This was a golf cart upgrade project that I thought I could take on & have decided it was a little too much for my fabrication skills. It's a 2001 Yamaha Warrior ATV independent front suspension, including the frame, upper & lower a-arms, disc brakes, brake reservoir, coil over shocks & steering. The idea was to remove all the front suspension from the cart (a 92 EZGo Marathon in my case), and graft this in it's place. The result would be more suspension travel & better braking than the stock cart. In the first picture you can see this suspension compared to a similar suspension already installed on a cart.

Also included are two 10" wheels from the Warrior for the front. And two 10" Polaris wheels for the back that will fit the cart (4"x4" bolt pattern). The offset on these wheels is such that the width of the front track will end up around 48" wide. Width of the rear track will end up around 50" wide.

There are numerous guys here & on other websites out there who have kicked this modification around & done it successfully. Off the shelf, this mod would cost well over $1000. Do it yourself for way less. I just decided that I need the garage space (or someone decided that for me) and my fabrication skills are not developed enough to take this on at this time.
