Yamaha g9 engine
I have a G9 engine that im going to be taking out to replace with a clone engine. I just rebuilt the engine. New rings and rod bearing. After opening the engine up i noticed that the balancer hole on the block side was worn out so i put it back together with out the balancer. I have put a couple of these engines together with out the balancer and they have run fine and are still running today. You will get the engine, carb, muffler, air boxs, and coil. The only things that im keeping are the starter generator, primary clutch, wiring, and belts. We have taken this cart on a couple of rides and it runs very well. We will keep driving it until its sold. The gov is hooked up on this one so no worries about it getting over run. This cart starts up great with out the choke. The cart also has a new head on it. This is a very clean engine. So just shoot me a resonable offer. I wanted to make sure that the cart was running and working before i took it back apart for the clone. This way i new it was a good engine before i posted it.

Re: Yamaha g9 engine
I know most people wouldnt want it with out it but im a very fair person and would expect the same from anyone on this site. Everyone ive ever delt with on this site have treated me very very well. If i cant sell it here i will post it on ebay. Like i stated before its a very good engine with a fresh rebuild. Ive done a couple of engines with out the balancer and they run just fine without it.

Re: Yamaha g9 engine
I would think i could get around $300 for it. Just to replace a crank it one of these engines would cost you at least that much and im including all the other stuff.

Re: Yamaha g9 engine
Im in NY. I can take the engine apart. I would be shipping ups. I get a very good deal on shipping. It would be three boxs. Engine, air box, and muffler. I would take the carb, shrouding and coil off the motor and put it in with the air box.
