Default Yamaha Lifted Limo Cart

I have a Yamaha G16 limo golf cart. Back when I HAD time, I had custom seats made, we lifted it with a Jake's lift kit, put 23" tires on it with 12" black rims. I custom built a overhead console with the radio, switches for the lights, speakers and a working tach. We then installed a 18 HP Vanguard twin with a comet clutch and a stainless exhaust (that sounds great). It keeps up with my neighbors Gator just fine and outruns it on the straight aways.

Kids came along, ball games, work, etc and we aren't using it and it needs a little TLC.

I started to do the TLC, but thought I would see if anyone wanted to purhase as is before I started. The more I do the more I am going to raise the cost, so I am starting at $4,500...

So I will start with what it has:

23" tires
12" black wheels
Jake's lift (I am not sure the height)
Custom Front Bumper with dual KC lights
Windshield
Seating For Six
New Battery (Bought in March)
Leather Wrapped Steering Wheel
Carbon Fiber Dash
4 Sony Waterproof Speakers
Alpine CDA-9856 Stereo
Full Top
Working RPM Gauge
4 Switches to control lights or whatever
Front and Rear Lights
Custom Seats

OK, what it needs...
Stereo reinstalled (I am in the process of doing this).
A Good Waxing And Cleaning
Engine bay wires could be zipped tied better
The Throttle needs to be adjusted a little
The biggest thing is the transmission (not rear end, it is the bearings in the transmission) started to "growl". I talked to the local golf shop and they said the bearing are going bad and it is a 5 hour fix (figure $500 if they do it).

That is really it.
I just don't have the time to deal with it and figured someone would have a good time with it.

Let me know if you want pictures of something in particular.
