Is this a good deal?

A guy is selling a 2002 DS golf cart on craigslist for $1700. He says he got it from a private owner who used it on a golf course all its life. The guy selling it has only had it 3 weeks because he just used it to fill in while his 1987 was getting a new motor put in it. Here is the listing:

2002 Club Car,3yr old batteries,6-8v=48v

Runs Great, charger, weather cover, ball/club washer

By looking at the pictures, is this an IQ model? I noticed that it does have the toggle swith shifter.

i would offer him $1400 all he can say is no. i bought a 2010 gas for $1700 at a pawn shop the other day, just right time at right place

Ok he has already come down from $1850 but I will see. Here is the first half of serial: AQ0230
Does this mean it is a IQ Cart?

Yes, it's and IQ model. I see the decal on the front under the Club Car decal. And the Serial has AQ in it.

Well guys, went this afternoon to take a look and came back with my new DS! This thing is in great condition and has 2 year old Trojans in it. The guy wouldn't budge from $1700 so I thought heck with it- it is a good solid cart. He had already come down from $2100. This thing runs great and I am happy with my purchase.
