1988 Gas EZ Go street legal in ohio

I am selling my EZ Go Marathon. Of course, it is a 2 stroke and it runs well. The paint is showing its age, but otherwise, it is in good shape. It is lifted and has 22 inch tires. It has been inspected and is currently titled as an underspeed vehicle in Ohio. The title would transfer to the buyer. It has, as is required, headlights, tailights, turn signals, brake lights, a rearview mirror a windshield, and a horn. Here is my Craigslist link to the cart with pictures:
