new custom cables any size
I can make you any size cables for your cart. All cable is polyrad brand marine grade cable(best of best) All lugs are t&b. I use 2/0 and love it. This is a d.c. fine strand cable which has a insulation that dissipates heat better than any other cable, thus allowing for a higher allowable ampacity rating(can provide specs) Cables will come lugged(crimped with hydraulic crimper) and connections heat shrinked. You cant get a better setup anywhere, and I may trade for cc parts. thanks

Re: new custom cables any size
LOL! I solder all my connections, heat shrink, etc. I do not want to get into the debate of to crimp or solder. It's a useless debate because I think they both have their good and bad points. If a connection is crimped properly they are great. Most, if not all of the ones on the market that these big companies sell are CRAP! I was a welder all my life and I was always making my own cables and finally one day figured out soldering was better (for me at least). Now I make cables for lots of people. I have yet to burn or corrode a soldered connection. I don't use a soldering iron either, the process is a little more complex than that.

I totally agree with you, nor do I want to get in that argument. I know what I have is 20x better than what the companies sell and if taken care of and kept greased they will last. The only thing with my lugs is that they are not battery lugs. The ends are squared and in some areas they have to be trimmed. I figure if someones looking for cables then I could help them out. No

I think I know which lugs you are talking about, The are silver tinned, black lettering, squared on the ends?

Yes they are top quality thomas and betts, copper lugs with a anti corrosive plating on them. On your f/r switch and motor termination you need to cut the corners off and make sure your connections are tight, but they should be anyway.

Whatcha got? I dont really need anything at the moment. Unless you have coilovers that would work on a rear suspension, or heim joints. I could use some wheel bearings or brake parts. Make any offers, I'm not trying to get rich.
