Default EZGO Rear Transaxle off 4 cycle cart

I have a rear axle/trans from and EZGO, not sure what the year is. It has reverse and comes with hubs, drums and clutch. I was going to use it in a project but decided not to. Axle turns smooth in both forward and reverse. Was origin. equipped with coil springs so it has the spring perch/towers. Is a little rusty, but I've seen much worse. Should make a good big block axle.

Asking $250 or best offer? I don't know what the going rate for these is so make me a good offer....

I will assist in shipping but you must make all the arrangements. I can build a crate for it at an additional charge. I live in zip 44256 in Medina, Ohio near Cleveland and Akron.

Thanks,
Andy

With the Coil-Perches,Its' a 89-94 Marathon 4-stroke Rear.Wish I had the cash,The G2 rear didn't fair well with my abuse!!Either that or the Ez-Go rejected it!!!

I was wondering if you could post a picture of it? I have a 98' Txt that needs a rear end and I wanted to see if it was anywhere close or if it would be major modification to make it fit. Thanks

No, it wont fit without modifications. You'd have to cut off the coil spring perch/towers then fab new leaf spring perches. Other than that I believe everything else to be usable. Might be an inch or so width difference, dont remember exactly. I know it has larger diameter axles than the standard txt.
