Club Car FE290 (Kawasaki) Newly Rebuilt, See Pictures

Club Car Kawasaki FE290, newly rebuilt, great cosmetic condition as well.

I bought this engine for my cart, I am ordering a big block kit today, so therefore I have no use for it.

I bought two of these engines sold as a pair from a Club Car mechanic shop which was going out of business. I paid $1000 for the pair but sold one of the engines to Gulf State Carts, the largest golf cart dealer in Mississippi. According to Gulf State, the engine functioned flawlessly. I am only trying to recover what I have in this engine. My find is your gain.

I am a law student bound by a code of ethics. With that said, I represent this engine to be of rebuilt condition and functioning. However, I will not stand good for installation error or incorrect use of this item.

Will this engine bolt in as a direct replacement for a KF82? And where are you located?

I couldn't saying it will bolt directly up to a kf82 mount. I'll measure the mounting holes and post the dimensions tomorrow. Thanks.

do you still have this engine? Would you happen to know if it is clock wise or counter clock wise engine ? Could you send me the model #

mwgilmer (Matt) hasn't been on here since October of 2012. I sent him an email to the email address he posted in this thread, asking him about a clutch and have never heard back. That was a few weeks ago.
