Default Hot Dawg Garage Heater

Looking to sell/trade my Modine garage heater for a 4 stroke golf cart. I purchased this heater last fall and have not installed it yet. I did buy it used from my next door neighbor and is very lightly used. He bought it new from the local hardware store. I will be converting to a house furnace in my shop so the wife can have a warm truck to leave at 4am for work... Let me know what anyone has or make an offer. I have a 30x30 shop and it keeps it comfortable at 70 degrees with no problems! This unit is the Hot Dawg model and is 45,000 BTU I will start the price at $525 or best offer. Thanks for looking!

Tonka

You can also buy the conversion-kit for the gas-valve to switch it to LP(Propane),they usually run about $35 or so,unless its' a sealed-valve,then you have to swap-out the valve.
