I've got a white '99 Ezgo Txt gas cart with windshield, top, factory headlight, low oil light & low fuel light that runs strong, smooth & no smoke;it is completely stock with very good stock rims & tires.I'll get some pics up tommorow and would like opinions on fair sale price in central Alabama area. Thanks in advance for your input .

In south Georgia a stock cart like that would go for around $1500. With mods you could easily get more. Wish I had the cash to spend right now, I would buy it from you.

Forgive the newbie, but if this cart could be had for the range you are talking about, what does it cost to add a rear seat and what else would it require right off the bat to use it as a "drive around" vehicle in a community/subdivision where carts are allowed? I'm looking to get my first one to share with some teens and think I want a gas cart. Please let me know if I need to move this post to a different area. Thanks!

Thumbs up Re: Ezgo Txt Gas-----What would be fair asking/sale price?

Thanks guys for the input.I was thinking it should be in the $2000-$2300 range since they seem to be pretty hard to find in my area under $2500;I guess I need to shop where Kgsc does his buying (seriously I haven't seen good gas carts that cheap in a long time around my place).

Every area is different.Around where I live,People want High-End carts for $1000,but will pay $1500-$2500 for a cart like the one being discussed here.I would say you are safe in the $1500-$2000 range.Rear seats Vary from $250-$500,depending on options, occasionally you can find them used, but they are scarce.

mule, gas carts are tough to come by around here as well but pricing is lower because the EZ-Go and Club Car plants are within 20 miles of my house... We just see a lot more of them.. It is quite interesting to go by their storage lots when they have carts coming back in from leases.. Drove by one day and the Club Car lot had over 7000 carts sitting as tight together as they could get them..

And what he said, it may be worth spending the money on a rear seat kit. I had one I was trying to sell for 4 months, put a seat on it and sold it in 2 days..
