Re: MODS! Why do my for sale threads keep disappearing???
904polarized i tryed to explain this to you in a PM, but you want to start a thread about this. So let me see if i can help you understand this,
The - Golf Carts And Parts Forum, is for members that give their free time helping other members fix their cart, it's a way to give back to them members for their free time and help, if they did a rebuild on their own cart, and have a Few parts they took off of their cart and want to sell the parts here at BGW, they can post them in the Golf Carts And Parts Forum . The Golf Carts And Parts Forum is Not for members who buy carts and rebuild them in their garage and post them for sale here at BGW, that is against the rules, as i have pointed out to you. In your case you have, An 05 ezgo, a, EzGo Workhorse ST480, a, 04 ezgo, a, 07 club car, a, 07 ezgo, and a, Kawasaki mule, and a few other threads with cart parts for sale, this does not fit in the, ( if you have a few parts you took off your cart to sell ) part of the rules, below is a copy of the rules, you will fit in the part about individuals, because as you pointed out in CAP letters in your post above, you told me your not a dealer. 80% of your post are in the Golf Carts And Parts Forum, I sure hope this clears this up for you. Thank You Quote the Rules We created this place to have fun and have the ability TO TALK AND DISCUSS other products and vendors, NOT as a free selling place for vendors or manufacturers to sell or try to sell their products as well as individuals who get on here just to sell their parts. All individuals, vendors or manufacturers who gets caught selling or trying to sell NEW or USED GOLF CART PARTS to members and are not supporting this site will be banned, no questions asked. If you are an individual, vendor or manufacturer Selling or trying to sell NEW or USED parts that puts you in the vendor or manufacturer category not the "member" category so do not try to use that excuse. This includes using the PM system. A vendor who wants to advertise on BGW should contact spriddle or TheNewGuy for further info. BGW will not be a "free ride" for you to sell products or services. You must have a golf cart website and preferably a store front to be a site sponsor. If you don't like it.....I'm sure there are other forums you can try...or maybe try your luck on ebay or craigslist. Please note: This does not pertain to the member who occasionally has parts they would like to sell or get rid of. For instance, if the majority of your posts are trying to sell something, well...your going to get banned permanently. No questions asked. If your a regular guy who did some upgrades and wants to get rid of your old parts that is completely acceptable. If you let the world know your a dealer and to pm you for parts just go ahead and log out. |

Re: MODS! Why do my for sale threads keep disappearing???
Cracks me up. A guy can have about 5 or 6 carts for sale and cry out "I'm not a Dealer?" I'm thinking maybe he should be
A few people around here buy and sell golf carts for a living, they are handy with wrench and spray can but not qualified techs. When I had the service business I would get calls from people who bought some of these bargains. It's all cash under the table type sales that leave the buyer with no warranty & no recourse if there is a problem. Maybe you should stickie this? |

Re: MODS! Why do my for sale threads keep disappearing???
Rib,
Thanks for the post, Question? I have been working on a 04 Precedent rebuild to sale to make enough $ to get new batteries for my 03DS. I also have an extra Bandit motor to sale. I guess there would be no prob in me listing these in the For sale area? Steve |

Re: MODS! Why do my for sale threads keep disappearing???
A few parts off of your cart, from an up grade, is what the Golf Carts and Parts forum is for, it's not there to just sign up and make 3 post and start a sale thread or flip carts, if most of your post are in the sale forum, it's against the rules,
