1984 to 1996 Gas Club Car Rear Axle
A buddy of mine has an extra 1984-1996 gas Club Car rear axle. When we got it, it wouldn't shift into reverse but after removing it to do some work he found that one of the synchros was stuck. He broke it loose and it seems to be fine now. Haven't put it back in the cart to test it for sure yet. He put in a different axle from a donor cart and no longer needs this one. It came out of a 1987 cart and has the newer "88-96" driven clutch on it. Local pickup only. Message me if interested. Zip code 44646.

Re: 1984 to 1996 Gas Club Car Rear Axle
Is this the 4 stroke axle that will work with a clone motor swap? I'm in MI just north of Detroit. Not sure where in Ohio that is but I could probably manage it. Actually I'm getting a 992cc Generac v twin to put in my 88 ezgo. My 2 stroke axle won't work I was told.

Re: 1984 to 1996 Gas Club Car Rear Axle
This is out of an 87 club car with the kf82 engine. This engine runs counter clockwise and is a 4 stroke. That's what I know about it. As far as working for your situation, it might take some modifying but probably would work.
