Default WTB Club Car DS Frame N E TX,N W Louisiana

I am WTB an electric 97 Club Car DS "Nose" piece of the I-Beams from the point you cut the frame forward when doing the Jake's 4 Inch Economy Z Bracket Lift, Or a complete frame. My I Beam has broken in to two pieces just under the front suspension on the drivers side. I am in Shreveport, Louisiana so North East Tx and North West Louisiana area location would be best. PM me with what you have.

Thanks
Jack

I've got a whole frame from a '03 up here in N.Y.
why don't you just get it welded and reinforced?

KillerCC Tanks for the reply but NY is on te other side of the world and shipping would be to much of a hassle for both of us.Finding the talent with the right equipment to properly weld it is one problem, the other is I figured it was fatigued where it broke. It has been in the woods for last 10 years and probably been running like this for at least the last year. It belongs to my Son in law and his maintenance program leaves a lot to be desired ( it's never the right time for down time to fix it as long as it is still running. He has been talking about fixing the brakes for at least two years now. He has another cart also, a Beast48. I've decided that if it's going to get fixed, I'll have to do it. Luckly his lease is flat, but he does have to deal with lots of swampy water. It's a 6 wheeled club car DS that has two motors and is two carts grafted together. Runs on one motor untill things get rough and then yo4 flip a switch and then run both motors, giving you 4 wheel drive all in the rear, It is 48 volts and handles that mud and water better than the beast and can carry a lot bigger heavier payload. We run it in water up to the floor boards all the time. My daughter drives one and he drives the other ( 12 year Old Grandson drives it all over the place at home also) It has had a hard life, is loved, and it's time to give it some much need love/TLC. We have fixed broken frame in the back with fish plate before. I like to over engineer and do the repair correctly and hopefully only do it once. Rebuild time. Still looking for front frame section or frame. The last picture is of where the two cart frames have been joined to make it a 2 motored 6 wheeler.

Thanks for the replies,
Have a Merry Christmas

Jack

Thanks for the help everybody, I have found two frames at my local Club Car Dealer. I am going to buy them both and store one just in case I might need another one.
Wishing every one a Merry Christmas!

If you don't mind if I ask, how much did your Club Car dealer charge you for the frames?
