Give Apache Gear a call. They pretty much make every gear set for any cart. They can hook you up.

Is the gear set for a 94DS the same as yours?

Probably. 12.5 to 1 I would imagine to be stock unless your were changed.

Re: WTB: Set of 8-1 Gears
Also, to those that mentioned our site sponsors, I have used them for more then I would like to mention here in fear that my wife might read this ::. I have found that my old fishing saying that I pray when I die my wife doesn't sell my equipment for what I told her I paid for it, apply's to golf carts also. I posted this checking to see if someone had an old set and I could save some bucks...

Working a deal now with a member for an even trade but if it falls through I'll let you know.
BTW, I've read that the stock ratio is 12.44-1. The set in my 94 checks out at 7-1. It's a stock cart in every other respect and it will do 25mph. |

Re: WTB: Set of 8-1 Gears
For this reason I have instructed my wife to give my toys to my friends when I go - 8:1 gearing will amount to a 33% increase in gear ratio and an equal amount of torque reduction.

Re: WTB: Set of 8-1 Gears
That's excellent, Cause I'm tired of it standing on end. I now have the alltrax set at a forward throttle of 3 and reverse at six and it still lights them up in reverse. Maybe I should change from the custom setting
